The St.Joseph's Provincial house is situated in Aluva. At present the total strength of the province is 15 houses, 49 priests, 38 major seminarians, 6 novices and 32 minor seminarians.

Future Plans

Imbibing the Spirit and Charism of the Congregation, "be little and serve the little", St. Joseph's Province envisages an extensive project for the care and uplift of the marginalized, the down-trodden and the handicapped.

1. ALUVA:   ST. JOSEPH'S PROVINCIAL HOUSE
      
The Provincial house was blessed by Mar George Punnakottil, Bishop of Kothamangalam on March 19, 1992. Very Rev. Fr. John Olickal CST the Superior General inaugurated it on the same day. New house was blessed by Mar Dominic Kokkat CST on 26th of October 1996. Newly constructed chapel was blessed by Mar Varkey Cardinal Vithayathil on Jan. 21, 2002.

2. ALUVA:  SOCIAL WELFARE  TECHNICAL SCHOOL ASSOCIATION
  
Social Welfare Technical School was started on August 1, 1967 with the help of Misereor. Two workshops were started in 1969 as production centres to meet various needs of the school.

Trades: Fitter, Mechanic, Motor Vehicle, Electronics, Electrician, Plumber, Training cum Production Centre.

3. ALUVA:  SNEHALAYAM
   
Snehalayam was established on July 8, 1984 as a centre for Alcoholics, Counselling and Social work. It was erected as an Ashram on March 8, 1992.

4. BANGALORE: VIDYA BHAVAN
      
Vidya Bhavan was originally meant for our seminarians studying at Christ College. His Grace Rt. Rev. P. Arokiasamy, Archbishop of Bangalore on November 13, 1978, blessed it. The chapel was blessed by Mar Jacob Thoomkuzhy on February 25, 1980. At present Vidya Bhavan is a centre for on-going formation of CST members and also is a Renewal Retreat Centre.

5. ILLITHODE:  DARSANA ASHRAM
      
This house was started on October 21, 1993. Now it is the Retreat centre of the Congregation. Retreat house was blessed by Superior General on October 21, 2000.

6. KOOVAPOIKA:   CHERUPUSHPASHRAM
     
This Ashram was blessed by Mar Joseph Powathil, Archbishop of Changanacherry on August 17, 1990. It is started for the welfare and uplift of Harijan Community. 

7. KOTHAMANGALAM:  LITTLE FLOWER STUDY HOUSE
      
Little Flower Study House was blessed and inaugurated on January 10, 1993 by Mar George Punnakottil, Bishop of Kothamangalam. This Ashram is here in view of imparting seminary training to our +2 students. 

8. KOZHIPPILLY: MAR MATHEW'S BOYS TOWN
      
Mar Mathew's Boys Town was started in memory of the 70th Birthday of Mar Mathew Pothanamuzhy, the first Bishop of Kothamangalam in the land donated by the diocese and it was blessed by him on 10 January 1977. The ITC was started in 1980. The church was blessed on 3 January 1988 by Mar George Punnakottil, Bishop of Kothamangalam.

This house was started on May 16, 1993. It was blessed by Mar Mathew Vattakuzhy, Bishop of Kanjirappilly in the presence of Mar Dominic Kokkat and Very Rev. Fr. John Olickal CST our Superior General. 

10. MOOKKANNUR:   LITTLE FLOWER NOVITIATE HOUSE
       
Basil Bhavan was blessed and inaugurated on December 8, 1992 as a centre for Pastoral Apostolate. The Novitiate was started and inaugurated by Superior General, Very Rev. Fr. Felix Nellikkunnath on May 16, 1997.

11. MULLAKKANAM:  SANJO BHAVAN
        
Sanjo Bhavan was blessed on February 15, 1993 as a centre for pastoral and social apostolate.

The Cherupushparam Ashram was started on 19 March 1968. The church was blessed on 23 December 1969 by Mar Sebastian Vayalil. At present it is the Minor Seminary of St. Joseph's Province.
